WTF Was wrong with Charlies voting line??

I was voting for Marcus, and then my sisters friends told me to vote for Charlie too.

So when I called in for him, nothing happened..
No sound
Nothing

I tryed again like 6 times.
nothing

Until this "the number you have dialed hasnt been reconized"

It happened last week with Noirin only I tryed a few more times and I got through.

So why was Charlies line not working?

Did anyone else get it??

But seriously..I can't believe that..doesn't seem fair at all. I can't see him going but if he does then there has to be complaints made.
