I'm in London so sorry this is over 12 hours too late, but needed to give my thoughts on a brilliant decision the public made.

Thank GOD Hira was evicted, for once, the right person went.

Hira would've made the final by default, whereas I'm nearly 100% sure Lisa, David and Bea won't, and will leave before the the final.

This also means that everybody now, bar Lisa, Bea and David (although at least they're more entertaining than Hira), are deserving winners.

Perfect. No Rachel Rice this year. :cheer2:

Rebecca should of won last year !

Awww I'm so gutted she went, she was really nice and just seemed to lighten the mood when there were annoying people around. I don't agree that she should have won but she was much better than some of those guys left in there! Bea, David, Lisa, Rodrigo should have gone last night.

Thats good then, I still can't belive that rachel won out of every housemate, we could of had Mohamed, Kathreya, Darnell, Rex, Sara, Mikey winning when the lines opened but some how Rachel won, nice girl but crap housemate

For me, Charlie winning this year would be worse than Rachel winning last year. Yes Rachel may have been boring, but I do believe she is actually as nice as she came across.

Part of the reason she won was because people voted for her to stop mikey (the clear winner because of his disability) winning also. I know a few peole who voted for this exact reason. they said obviously BB wants him to win, so lets prove them wrong. it worked.

Agreed. Rex, Luke and Mikey were the most entertaining last year.

It wasn't awesome, and she shouldn't (and I'm glad) have won this year.

Hira winning would've been the end for Big Brother, even if it is failing already.

Well it is moreorless documented that the whole Rachel Rice win was a fix. There was a surge of votes at the end for her - something to do with a Bookies scam - read it somewhere on another site:joker:

Anyway, I think Rachel was a fantastic winner - didn't win because she had a disability (Pete), didn't win because she made an absolute fool of herself (Brian), and didn't win by getting the female votes (Anthony)

She was a sweet, caring person who was herself completely in that house. She wasn't using the house to achieve a career on the outside (like almost every other contestant), she just went in for the experience. She was a great winner - she wasn't boring, she was real. If you tell me that Luke & Bex should've won you're pathetic - they're desperately searching for fame and had an intricate gameplan.

One of my favourite things about Rachel winning is that you didn't hear about her pathetically stalking the paparazzi at a London nightclub, she just went back to her normal life. It proves that she's genuine, not searching for fame or money, and was in there for the experience. A great winner, I say - and I know we won't find that this year. Every housemate in there will be doing anything they can to be in the papers, I guarantee you that.

Rachel was a feeble hm who prostrated herself at the feet of Rex. She was a coward and a seething mass of passive-aggressiveness. She was twee like Laura Ingols. Her bottom half blew up like a balloon such that it looked like the back end of a horse and her face looked like the back end of a bus, and the paparazzi have no interest in her. Nor the lads' mags, nor noone.
