I think at the last party there were some communal cigarettes, all the smokers were sorted so he put the left over packets under his bed to give them when they ran out, and to give a packet as a present to Bea. That's what I think I can gather.

Is now getting a lecture in morals from Sophie and replies "You're the last to lecture about taking things, like you with cider and lager" :wink:

I'm with you on this call....and is now getting aggressive that everybody else nicks things, then can't cite any examples when Sophie challenges him too.

Marcus was keeping them to hand out to smokers, but when some of the smokers had no cigarettes or tobacco, he still kept them under his bed.

And his pal Bea"who wouldnt speak bad of anyone" has cleverly droppped to all who would listen that Marcus said he has a present for HER that wasnt food. But she had no idea it was cigarettes.
