I would say there has been but there usually is for at least the first half of the show, possible longer. It seems its only when the housemates get booted out and there are fewer in the house that there isnt so many dips. Possibly because most of the big game players, those who swear, cant help talking about things they shouldnt etc, all get voted off earlier rather than later.
