Habit. Everyone has their own little personal habits. It is just some are more noticeable and irritating than others.

It is the equivalent of Kat's voice but has cought me a few things on the EPG that didn't know of as usually hit that button when Halfarse starts.

It is just a way for him to communicate his feelings.
He is letting people know he likes something, or that he is thinking about something that they asked him.
At first I thought they were strange.
But after the first week I got used to them.
