Will this weeks eviction be cancelled after what happend in london today?

I should not imagine so, it does not effect the house and it's not in London.

Ruth

I doubt it will be cancelled. It does however all seem rather trivial now doesn't it?

Lance

I would doubt it.They wouldnt cancel it unless they were in danger.

as someone pointed out on another fourm :

alot of people that go to the eviction are from london and there will be no transport

Lance

Well even if there is no crowd there they would pobably have it.

I'm with Ruth it is rather trivial compared to this.... but the government will want things to go on as normal and that will include Big Brother.

The only effect it will have on the show is increased security around the house and during the eviction night show.

Lance

Yeah they have no choice but to increase security.Security should always be top notch and obviously today it wasn't.

Depends a lot on what happens in the next 24 hours. Obviously people travel to the studio from London and if transport is non-existent then it could be difficult to have an audience, but then again they have had an eviction without an audience ie after the bomb scare when Goss was evicted.

I cant see them cancelling the eviction, if they thought the housemates were in danger then obviously they would have no other alternative than to cancel it but the house is not in London so they will probably go ahead as normal.

Aimee

The crowd may be smaller than normal but I'm sure many people will still make it.

Endemol will not cancel unless this directly affected one of the housemates.. And as sticks posted, you cant give in to terrorists

I dont think it will be cancelled however it will be kpet very low key and security will be at a max sometime today im sure they will alert housemates into what has happened ask they will each be asked if they wish to continue doing the show.

Yes I agree. They should at least be given the opportunity to say if they want to stay in the house or go out.

Or if the wrong housemate is leading the votes to which one they want...they could cancel last minute

Most of the bus and undreground services are getting back to normal tomorrow. The eviction therefore should go ahead.

I think that we probably shouldn't have this as a major worry either,we should be thinking about those affected by the attack.:bored:

I don't think that the events in London should prevent BB from going ahead (in general that is). The decision that BB made not to inform the housemates was the correct one in my eyes, as none of the housemates were directly affected (plus the news would completely wreck the show, as many would feel the need to be outside in this time of tension)
If anything, they could postpone friday's eviction and carry the votes onto the next week (although this would get the housemates wondering why it was cancelled)

I thought theyd of at least Informed the housemates as some maybe affected by this and some family members.

Its a big story, im sure they wanna know. I would.

I think whoever decided NOT to tell them made a bad move. They have a right to know plus there family wont really know if everyone is safe as family dont really know the amount of peoples friends. The only reason maybe for not telling them was because the subjects in the house might turn bad and onto subjects they dont want discussed.

Maxwell Is From London... Now if i was from London and locked away in there, when i got out and i found out about this...

Even if none of their family where involved, Its just the principle innit..

I think for safety reasons aswell they should of told them and given them the option TO LEAVE then its on their own backs if they stay in the house and continue.

It's not going to happen that someone bombs Big Brother.

we have been here before in the UK and it didn't stop the country before so why should it now. It horrible what happened but by giving into these people we give them what they want.

Lance will know more about this than most of us on the main land.

If you disrupt your normal lives, then the terrorists win.

Endemol made the right decision for once.

Lol exactly!!

I don't think people should let this get in the way of anything. I was at the other side of Edgware Road yesterday and no one was staying inside or off the roads after the explosions had gone off. It is sad. But it really isn't nothing to worry about. I'm not sure if the house should know about it unless people they knew were involved and their family knew. Which is most unlikely since London has got millions of people everywhere. Otherwise, the news won't be any different to them now and when they come out of the house. Just go on with our lives like normal. I go through the areas that are most likely to get blown up everyday, but never think of it. If it happens, I will be dead without any warning, if it doesn't I will be safe and know. Also, the house is in borehamwood which is a few miles north of London going into the countryside, theres plenty of safe routes to get there from wherever, so I think there will definately be a crowd for the eviction too. Peace!

Exactly, important thing is that you get back to normality as soon as possible.

They have checked that no-one has family or friends who were caught up. Therefore - what is there to gain from them being told?

We could watch their reaction?

Well, it might be interesting, but hardly a reason.

They would assimilate the information and then carry on like the rest of us.

So no point really
