She'll easily lose any weight she's put on when she leaves the house. It's only because they all sit around doing nothing for most the day in there. They're all bound to put on a bit of weight, even with limited food.

It's probably not diet, but inactivity, there's nowhere nice to walk/jog and the swimming pool is pathetic, so it's probably hard to stay motivated to do anything.
