Is Charlie mentally challenged

He is talking about freddie plotting against lisa, does he not remember, halfwit being up 5 times in a row, and while that was happening, he had lisa abusing him for no reason, like when sophia got evicted in week 1, and lisa ust started shouting at freddie, infront of everyone. So while freddie is gettin nominated by the mob of kris,sophie,karly,lisa and charlie, halfwit pitches his ideas to floaters at the time like siavash,norin and marcus, that lisa is turning her sheep against him. So bascially freddie is trying to save himself, from lisa's plotting. But charlie says lisa didnt plot against him, but halfwit plotted against lisa, who has never been up in a normal eviction.

It makes me feel better when someone thinks the same way as me. I wish someone in the house could say this to Charlie. I tell you what, if I was in the house, all my opinion would be expressed straight away, I wouldn't take **** from anyone. Good points anyway and 100% agreed.

She used to sit at the bus stop, telling kris,karly, sophie, and charlie, how bad halfwit is, and with people like sophie and charlie being the sheep they are, didnt even question her, just went along with her. While this was happening halfwit, wasnt aware of this, just doing his own thing. But it was later that he clocked on, what lisa was doing, so he started defending himself, he told people who were floaters at the time, what was happening, and they to clocked on.

Well I heard Lisa several times arranging the next weeks noms immediately after each eviction.
At one point she and Karly agreed that they knew the next three, both nodded, and then they said it would get harder.
The three in question were, Freddie, Marcus and Noirin at that time.

Just because they were not picked up on this does not mean they did not do it.

Yh i no what u mean, but when freddie did get a chance to put his point across, he was talking ****, he should have just said, i was getting put up in the first 5 weeks by lisa plotting, so i told people about what lisa was doing, ie marcus, siavash, norin and so on.

That was untill, people clocked onto what lisa was doing, thats why halfwit never got nominated the week when karly and norin got put for eviction. All of housemates voted for halfwit because they knew the mob of karly, kris,sophie, lisa and charlie will nominate him, so they could save themself from being up.

Don't like Charlie but Halfwit was patronising him somewhat, he even had the nerve to say that when you are clever you make observations/remarks about people as opposed to what- the thicker people in the house who have a gameplan or just bitch.
