Is the cider like a beer or is it a hard a drink..? what is cider? and how do they drunk or even tipsy off of 2?

It's fermented apples basically and goes to the head quicker than beer. They get pissed easily because they haven't had a chance to binge drink like I imagine a lot of them would on the outside so therefore have a lower tolerance.

Cider in the UK is alcoholic as far as I know and made with apples.

the less you drink overtime the drunker you get with less drinks over time. Cider is not strong, it's just that they don't get spirts so the tolerance level is low.
