I think Bea's just a user and abuser.
Charlie's too thick to notice what he's doing.

Charlie is not thick. He is an evil schemer. He hates Freddie & Siavash.

Bea is the biggest bully.

Lisa is awful - but she is straight forward and that is very easy to counter. A shouting bully is only Level 1.

Charlie is more 2 faced than a bully - his attempts at manipulation are piss poor and seldom actually work - points for being sneaky, points for shouting certain people down - bully Level 2.

Bea is the worst bully because she is underhand and does quite a good job of making other people think she is the one receiving the abuse. She will also bully someone for 3 hours and manage to get THEM to apologise to HER at the end of it. Bully Level 5.
