As that would stop the rulebreaks. I personally love when they break the rules like they did tonight, but if BB really wanyed them to stop, they would burn the HMs belongings.
They did it in BB5 by burning Stuart's hat for a punishment after the rules were kept being broken.
Just get anything from their suitcases and burn it!! For the girls it would be makeup and clothes, for Siavash it could be his fashion accesories ect....
