View Full Version : Freddie Halfwit - Disgraceful

Luanda

Halfwit's conduct tonight was a disgrace to all men. He behaved like a big spineless excuse for a man, feigning panic attacks, sniffling like a big girls blouse and generally behaving like a spineless little schoolgirl.

The reason why? A female spoke strongly to him. Regardless of the content of the conversation she didn't threaten to kill him, kick him in the teeth or pull his toenails off. Bea just told him she thought he was an a**e.

Halfwit, get a backbone and be a man, pull yourself together you big girl.

Bea's a total bitch... but, I find it ironic that she's coming around to old team Lisa's line of thinking.

I'm sure someone will put it down to Lisa using the Jedi mind trick in an effort to get Halfwit out.

All this PC nonsense is exactly that, nonsense. He cries over a girl standing up to him.

If he can't take some plain talking then that's his fault. He should grow a backbone.

Female verbally attacks a male - justified (he should take it like a man)

Male verbally attacks a female - cue mass hysteria no matter how well she takes it (he is a bully, sexist, chauvanist)

This is the PC, mentally challenged, psycotic, feminist world we live in.

Put up or shut up UK. The nutters have taken over!!

I don't think it's just cuz she spoke strongly to him. She has totally betrayed him. And everyone knows he really likes her. He took it on the rejection itself on the chin, but this relentless venom from her is awful, she has no soul seriously! And have you noticed how she never accepts apologies, just keeps on going, then accuses other Freddie of being negative.

End of the day i really feel for freddie, not everyone might have cryed, but most people in his situiation would be seriosuly gutted. He is now seeing Bea for what she is, and nastly b*tch.

If you think what Freddie did was fake, then you really need to get in touch with human emotions. None of that was fake, and you could easily see that. Yeah of course, how dare Freddie show emotions, we all know men aren't supposed to do that, don't we?

He crumpled like a piece of tissue paper when Bea told him he was acting like a nob - in as many words.

Glad I'm not having to rely on him for anything. Regardless of what the bleeding hearts here say, he is acting like a mardy little schoolboy with no moral fibre. Typical of society in the UK today where a few cross words cause a man to turn into a bag of s**t.

Get some guts, Halfwit.

Good point. But I actually think the person who started this thread is being more sexist as he's basically saying, men shouldn't be effected by something a mere woman says.

Typical of the bleeding heart liberal nonsense in this country. Blame anything you don't agree with on sexism or racism. It doesn't matter if it is a female or a male talking to Halfwit, he has no guts and to think he wants to be a politician. Love to see him blubber in the House of Commons if someone disagrees with him.

Actually, it's probably the opposite of feminism.

It's just an old-fashioned unwritten rule of chivalry. It's hypocritical yes, but it doesn't have anything to do with feminism.

Luanda - are you for real? Do you actually exist? I'm sure this is a wind up or you have not experienced enough of life yet to understand. Seriously though, you need to have a little think about the more empathetic side of your nature...one day it may just come back to bite you in the ass

Luanda - you are a disgrace to human beings.

Maybe just some of the posters on this thread are ignorant of neurological diversity.

Halfwit's reactions were not "drama" because halfwit was reacting in the way that he could best react with the brain that god gave him.

A severe dyslexic, he was flustered and unable to talk.

I found it quite admirable to be fair how he was able to disassociate himself from his physical reactions, telling himself and others, that it was his body that was reaction. He was very lucid and specific about the phrases that had been spoken to him, which showed him doing the opposite of being a drama queen - which is to otherwise conflate the facts and exaggerate, and deepen one's own upset through allowing the imagination to reauthor the actions that have just past.

I really felt for him but I hope he pulls through. He's a good guy at his heart, which is enough for me.

He is very different and a little odd due to his dyslexia but I don't hold it against him.

A very insensitive and unempathic post. He was clearly upset and when someone is upset to this level, I feel sorry for them. He is extremely insecure and Bea has been callous in her attitude, and, quite frankly, picking away at him mercilessly bit by bit.

Your lack of sympathy for a person who is so upset baffles me. It is irrelevent whether we like Freddie or not, but his feelings were genuine and he should not be made to feel like that.

To call someone hopeless because they are oversensitive is just a nonsense. Imagine been in that place for weeks on end. Yes, he signed up for it, but he didn't sign up for Bea, and she has been chipping away at him.

To call him 'hopeless' is to finite a comment. I do hope you would not be like this if this was an occurence in real life. If you are, I do hope you're not in a job role where you need to care for someone!

Nonsense.

Stop talking rubbish and making excuses. He is an immature fool who when he is challenged simply crumples into a mess. Dyslexia or any other convenient challenge you wish to add to the situation is nonsense. He is a moral weakling who is happy to judge others and when his little bubble bursts he crumbles.

Halfwit is a nonsense of a man.

Your anger and rather severe attack on Freddie, as well as your rather obsessive way of making finite, unjustified remarks, makes me think you have something to prove in your arguments here and are emotionally involved in someway. I do not believe someone would come up with such extremities rationally, so what is the personal history going on here, eh?

I would suggest before people start bandying diagnostic terms like Dyslexia, you actually look it up and learn a bit about it. interestingly enough he managed to get into Oxford, so that says a lot about him suffering from severe dyslexia doesnt it?

Freddie may have a few minor problems with being unable to take criticism from those close to him, he may feel betrayed, how he reacts to it is down to him.

He may have been faking it, he may not have, its down to the viewer to decide in their own mind. he does have a sense of the dramatic, remember the "I have no reason to disbelieve ...." speech.

One thing I do think though this Thursday should be his last night in the house, if he wasnt faking it, he needs to be removed for his own mental health, because if Marcus goes the wolves will move in for the kill. If he was faking it, then he needs to be removed .

That is also rather patronising. You aren't any judge of any of the piece of fiction you've written here.

1) you don't know on what criteria he entered Oxford

2) he has been quite adept at surviving up to now in hostile environment, and I suspect that has been his life story. He seems extremely resilient and not at all unresourceful - so to say that he has to be removed to before it gets worse is to prejudge the situation. He isn't suffering depression - he was however suffering a panic attack tonight.

You're just spinning crap basically.

Are you aware that the most brave of men cry it is the weak ones who cannot admit to crying as they feel it damages their male ego.

I would rather a man cry than pretend.
If you think that it is because a femaile spoke strongly to him, that he is crying that is not the reason.

Freddie has more backbone than any of the other hms in there.

He has been through things that none of the others could possibly cope with.

However I feel we all have our views on certain things and our own opinions on things too and I appreciate your opinion.

I hope you understand his problems because prior to knowing them,I found it difficult to comprehend too. It is not just dyslexia, which does not j ust concern writing it concerns many other structures of the brain. However this does not inhibit study it is nothing to do with that, My best friend when doing her degree had to use a computer as she was an extreme dsylexic.

I am suprised Freddie has managed to cope with the environment by this I mean the hms too.

Nevermind lets hope he is ok that is the most important thing isn't it.
