Grace Dent is still maintaining that Bea is "a strong, intelligent woman" and thats why people don't like her. Is she just incredibly stubborn and doesn't want to admit she made a bad judgment call or does she actually still believe this??

She has her own opinions. I'm generally not the sort of person to pick rivalries with people who have different views on a housemate. She can come out with some very funny lines at times. But for what it's worth, I think she is wrong about Bea.
Coming out with quasi-feminist platitudes to defend unpleasant women like Bea gives feminism a bad name.

I don't recall her saying that. She said she liked her because she was an opinionated woman who isn't scared to say what she thinks.

Yes it does, implying that we don't like her because she's intelligent and has an opinion is very insulting to us

I liked her but now I don't, I can't believe shes sticking up for Bea and has become too feminist imo.

Grace talks alot of sense but she has her fave who can do no wrong in her opinion. IS this the same Grace Dent wh hated Noirin? I dont see how, as a woman, she can hate Norin but like Bea.

Personally, I think Grace made a bad judgement call on Bea first day and now she doesn't want to admit that she might have been wrong!

GD was being a puppet of BB the other day by pretending that Freddie wasn't particularly upset. It's a shame because she can be witty and clever but Bea is poison and she's not clever or witty enough to excuse the fact.
