Marcus's ego is already the size of Russia, imagine if he stays over Mr 'the public love me, I've already survived a few evictions'? Unlike Freddie he is actually hilarious with it. And Marcus has more left to give than Freddie does

I'm really in two minds over this eviction. Part of me would like Freddie to stay - even though I don't particularly like him anymore - because it would annoy Bea and Lisa further, and there's possibly alot more friction left in that whole storyline.

However, the part of me that enjoys being entertained, enthralled, consumed by frustration or the odd fit of laughter would love to see the indomitable spirit that is Marcus be victorious. He's such an interesting and pathetic character and has made Big Brother for me. I loathe him and love him in equal measure.

Marcus MUST go because Freddie NEEEEEEDS to outstay vile Bea!
We can't go giving messages as if we like bullies.

That's not true, though. He's basically given up and has been actively trying to ensure his own eviction this week, telling Freddie not to mess it up for him.

There's no fight left in the Dark Horse as he doesn't want to be there any more.

Sad, but that's how it is.

I'm going to hate seeing the smug looks on The Vile's faces on Friday night if Freddie goes, and a small part of me wants him to stay for that reason BUT after last night my mind was firmly made up for me.

Marcus MUST stay.

Freddie has proven that he doesn't cope all that well with confrontation in the past week, and I actually believe he's close to breaking point with the whole Bea situation.

Better for Freddie to bow out gracefully, and let Marcus take up the mantle for him in his absence. Marcus and Siavash (although Marcus still seems to have some issues with him) make a much stronger duo than the one of Freddie and Siavash.

Marcus is altogether a more complex character and even though he says he wants to go home, I actually believe he would be thrilled to make it to the final, and he still has a LOT more to give. Freddie I believe has reached his limit.

So let Lisa and co have their moment of gloating on Friday, I'm just waiting for the day that Lisa and Bea get evicted, oh the sweet justice of hearing them booed to high heaven! :spin:

I just don't think Marcus has the desire to bring them down, though. And they certainly don't hate him enough (or they fear him too much) to round on him and attempt to make his life hell.

For the reason that I think Freddie's continued presence will continue to destroy Charlie, Lisa and David's chances as they align themselves with the increasingly spiteful Bea, I think he should stay.

It won't be pretty, and in a sense I'm setting Freddie up to be a sacrificial lamb for the greater good, but I don't believe the ugly hatred and vitriol that they all have for him is replicated in their feelings towards Marcus - and he certainly doesn't care enough any more to fight back.

Sucks for Marcus - he's been a good h/m - but Freddie to stay.

This is my point though, I don't particularly WANT to see Freddie be a sacrificial lamb for the greater good as you put it. I see where you are coming from completely, but it made for really uncomfortable viewing for me seeing Bea destroy Freddie the other night and I fear it would get a lot worse were Marcus to go on Friday.

For example the fact that Bea and Charlie stole his can of cider in order to make him 'kick off', now okay they decided to put it back in the end, but Bea was still talking about doing it again today. This is bullying in my opinion and I just don't want to see that kind of thing going on. I fear Freddie would be pushed to the point where he would walk out and we don't need any more walk outs this season and it would mean that the bullies would well and truly have won.

I think Marcus still has the potential and will to stand up for what he believes in in there, and Bea is not the type to let things drop. There will be more incidents like last night if he stays, I would pretty much guarantee it.

But the majority of what Marcus is standing up for is the constant hostility towards Freddie. I'm not sure what else he'll be standing up for next week.

As for Freddie getting torn apart - yes, it wasn't nice viewing, but I think the shock of someone turning 180 degrees on him seemingly overnight (someone that he thought he had a special connection with), contributed massively to his upset.

But his eyes are wide open now, and he certainly didn't seem beaten down last night when he refused to have his bedtime dictated to him by Charlie.

I suspect he's a bit tougher then people give him credit for - and theoretically has BB looking out for his welfare too.

Like I said, it's a shitty decision either way, but if someone has to go - or rather if someone has to stay, I'd prefer it to be Freddie as I think he's still got some fight in him.

Marcus' story arc has come to a close, in his words.

If freddie does not go tomorrow the only reason I can possibly think he has stayed is because Marcus is openly saying that he wants to go, and so even Marcus's fans are voting him out. I hope that does not happen!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not in particular a fan or either Freddie OR Marcus to be perfectly honest. However I for one can see through Halfwit - he is playing the biggest game in the house. Isn't that obvious from the way he just has to analyse everything anyone does? It's laughable.

Freddie wants to win, who doesn't, but his method of getting there is a dirty one.
