i entirely agree

some will argue..lets get this out of the way...that it was serious concern showing as his friend was being duped.

But this is exactley the sort of jest our Geordie prankster would normally love....except in this case it means extended coverage for Rodders

If you actually watch Charlie's face when ever Rodders is centre of attention its definatley a look of envy jelousy,you can hide facial expressions and Charlie's are nearly always looks of jelousy and envy.

You would have thought Charlie would be happy for Rodrigo being his 'best mate'. But it was Halfwit who was happy for Rodrigo to meet the 'Queen'.

Charlie hates it when anyone else is centre of attention. He always tries to get roles in tasks that will look funny and which he thinks will give him airtime. In the Alice in Wonderland task he wanted to be the Queen of Hearts but was disappointed that all he had to do was bake cakes. In this weeks' task he was gutted to be sat around in a suit and was really envious of Freddie playing the bagpipes and of Rodrigo's meeting with 'the Queen'.

I do hope Rodrigo has a safe place to put the royal letter and gift...because Charlie will no doubt accidentally do something with them.

I was wondering if I was just being very cynical when I picked up on his looks during Rodrigo's task: really felt like Charlie begrudged him all the exposure. I've thought all along that Charlie teases and irrates him because he's intentionally looking for some kind of manic reaction off him, which will consequently cast Rodrigo in a bad light. I reckon Charlie believes he's his biggest rival.

Personally I think Charlie would throw Roddy to the wolves the first chance he got. Its a shame because I think Roddy genuinely thinks of him as a good friend. You could see the look of pure jealousy on his face tonight as Roddy was taking his limelight.

So he was upset because he felt sorry for Rodrigo.
