Avatar won't change

I'm trying to change my avatar, but it just won't. I've uploaded the image I want several times in several different sizes but it just won't do it. I've deleted the one I have now but when I upload a new one it just comes back on. This is what I'm trying to change it too:

Have you uploaded it to photobucket or imageshack etc?
