Yeah producers can try to manipulate situations but it still doesn't mean that it's all fake.

I've heard that also.

It was during season 9. I think.

Someone was going to vote to evict America's player, because they suspected that he was the mole, but the Producers told one of the house guest that it wasn't him.

There is only one true instance where Big Brother USA was rigged and that was when Eric was kept in the house over Kail. Somehow the producers manipulated Amber into keeping the snot nosed weaseled because he was more entertaining plus America's Player = Money. But other than that, not really. However, ALL of MTV's shows are scripted and fake including Laguna Beach, the Real World, Road Rules, RW vs. RR, The Hills, A Shot at Love, etc. A lot of the "I Love" shows on VH1 are fake too. The Apprentice is manipulated in some instances. The only 100% true blue show that isn't rigged, out there, is Survivor. It doesn't need to manipulate situations because they'll have 12-16 million viewers a night. The Amazing Race and Big Brother only have very slight manipulation in comparison to other shows out there, but I wouldn't go out of my way to call them fake at all. The drama is real, nothing is staged, the producers don't have a lined up boot order or anything for the houseguests to go in.

The producer's don't tell the houseguests who to evict, because that could easily blow up on the feeds. One person tells another and the show is in ruins, plus they don't have the money to bribe them with and it's illegal to threaten to take away their stipend.

I'd look at BBUK to have more manipulated situations or potential rigged voting, I'm surprised no one has brought up allegations of that yet on the forum. But here's a compiled list of which Reality Shows are really real:

Real:

1. Survivor - 100%
2. The Mole - 100%
3. Big Brother - 99.3%
4. The Amazing Race - 99.2%

Somewhat Real:

5. The Apprentice - 93%
6. America's Got Talent - 90%
7. So You Think You Can Dance? - 85%

Fake:

8. I Love/Of Love Shows - 70% (Many contestants that have no compatibility with the Bachelor or Bachelorette are kept around for entertainment purposes. Some eliminations are fake and many actors are hired. Some contestants are just there for attention and sometimes the Producers intervene with who the selector chooses to keep in, depending on entertainment value. However all the drama is real, all the fights are real as well.)

9. American Idol - 40% (Many of the bad auditions are hired actors and comedians for the show. Usually the fan favorite will be either 4th or 2nd Place, that way Idol rakes in more money by having the notion of a winner signed to them and a Fan Favorite. It's a 2 for 1 deal.)

10. The Real World - 30% (It's been something like 15 seasons since we had a real Real World. The casting is the same, the drama is staged)

11. Laguna Beach/The Hills - 1% (The only thing real about these shows are that the people are actual human beings. Everything is staged and scripted. It's completely 100% manipulated. All the drama is fabricated. Everything about this is a fraud.)

I do understand why you found Freddie entertaining then. :wink::laugh:

BB USA seems to be fake with the whole soap music and the editing but it's definitely not. Watch the live feed, this is no way fake. Of course they don't scheme all day long, but this is what the producers want us to see. The rest of the time, they live, they talk to each other and play games.
