Do you have to pay to post on DS?

I registered last year and i couldnt post at all, not sure why.
Then i deleted the accunt, and just now Ive made a new account.

It is only making me vote in polls right now, do you have to pay to post? Or do i have to wait a few hours before I can post.

You only have to pay at ds if you use a hotmail or yahoo email account when you sign up.

If you use your isp email account its free.
