I loved the way she made out as if her knowledge of this fact was some sort of amazing insight on her part.

I could understand her complaining if she had said every word in the dictionairy begining with W letter, but she only named about 14 there were plenty of words left.

I wouldn't even consider W a hard word.

Marcus would have come up with plenty beginning with W. Some would have even been legal non rude words..........but not many!

This means if you got the letter Z you would have to get about 2 words but if you get the letter A you would have to get about 200! Quite difficult in a minute.

She didn't even say "word". With the cloak she was wearing you'd have thought she'd get "wizard".

She had a point though, but it was just bad luck.

There is a lot more than 16 W words in the dictionary anyway that should have been their reply!

I don't think W is such a hard letter...maybe Q,X,Y,Z! Not W though. I think it's a hard task to do in general under pressure!

But Marcus was legendary, as always :cheer:

It was a pittiful effort considering she's been continually impressing upon on the housemates how intelligent she is. Her performance was laughable.

how bout that Bea

That made me laugh. It was completely down to luck what she got, other HM who doesnt have English as his first language but no Bea was feeling picked on again.

Also had to laugh how Rodrigo did better in English then his own language.

And nobody could think of a swear word starting with B,S or W? Not even Marcus?:puzzled:

Funny task.

There's a hell of a lot more words that start with "W" than she was able to name.
