last night showed david and roddy talking in the kitchen and charlie was outside listening, he suddenly said to the cameras who wants to hear things like that and marched into the dr. i think they were talking about bea.

He is not 'listening at doors', he is 'hearing at doors'. Th latter is a by-product of his little game of waiting by doors to make people jump as they open them. Not the most sophisticated of humour but it can produce funny results. You will have seen Sophie and Rodders indulging in that game too. There is not a lot of entertainment in the house. Imagine, 10 weeks of no books, no newspapers, no television, no going down town for shopping or to the pub. Oh and only HMs for company.

Boredom, or what?
