You may be right in saying that once a housemate is evicted then that's final. But I think we know that this could have been a fix by BB because of the mental bullying from Bea and that it may be have been a sensitive matter for Freddie to cope with. I think it was an unfair eviction. Also I heard on other chat forums and comments from people signing the petition that Bea's father works on the production team, although I'm not sure if this verified.

Another fact is that in legal terms, people are saying that Halfwit was evicted so legally, Freddie should still be in the house as Davina announced it after the phone lines were closed. They also stated in some of the chat columns on the Channel 4 website and on Facebook that they will stop watching Big Brother from now on because of it. Therefore there are people who are really miffed about this and this has to be important and a first for BB.

Sorry mate. As I said, I am a Freddie fan, but there was no conspiracy. The eviction was fair and it is final. What wouldn't be fair is to allow fans to decide when the eviction isn't final. If Freddie is let back in because of his fans, then Noirin fans would want Noirin back in and Angel fans would want her back in, etc. It doesn't make any sense.

I see your point about that, why should he go back in. But you have to remember is that something fishy is going on and people, like myself are suspicious. This wasn't a normal eviction. In most of the evictions we kind of know who is going to be evicted as you can tell by the booing or wooing from the people outside of the house during the eviction. This is a high percentage fact. Freddie got a lot of loud cheers and probably the first in this series. Most people who are fans or not probably didn't expect him to be evicted. I still hold by my judgement that it was fix because of the senstive nature of it all and maybe BB saw that Freddie was mentally struggling so they pulled him out before it got out of hand. Remember the BB production team are clever and cunning.

- He was third on the least favourite housemate poll = lots of people voting him out because they dislike him
- Marcus is quite popular = lots of Marcus fans voting Freddie out

How did they fix it? Those three have gotten away with a lot this series. The whole house was punished last week because of Siavash and Marcus' selfishness. It's about time they were punished

Freddie probably had the most fans out of all housemates this series. Being the most popular doesn't mean that they wont be evicted though, as you can have the most fans but also the largest amount of haters (For example Jon Tickle in BB4). When Freddie was up against Marcus he wasn't just facing Marcus fans, he was facing every other housemate's fans too because he was their biggest threat. With a lot being both Freddie/Marcus fans it also meant that his fans vote was split for the first time too.

So it sucks that the most popular has gone but it's nothing new. He won't be put back in but be content (if you were a Freddie fan) that he was the real winner of BB10 and made the show good for many weeks.

It was not a fair eviction. Housemates were allowed to discuss for the first time in Big Brother history, and in doing so put Freddie up for eviction, as they all knew he was the most popular on the outside. Marcus was only nominated as he kept banging on about wanting to go home. Had it been a normal "secret" nomination only Marcus and somebody else would have been nominated. He should so be brought back for the final couple of weeks:hugesmile:

Disagree - not p*ssing that many off apart from you, chuckyegg and one or two others as far as I can see. And no way would ANY of the other evicted HMs have had that many signing a petition (even though I disagree with such petition) or had the debates, discussions and support. You're way off beam - he is well liked because he is/was the ONLY genuine and most unusual HM, just deal with it.
