This could be misleading though, he could have spoken to someone else, or TWO other people before he went into the kitchen where Sophie was.

Just have to wait and see I guess, I really do hope it's Bea and maybe Charlie though, or Lisa! They quite often sit in the chairs opposite the diary room on nomination day.

I agree, but what kind of "contact" were BB meaning? Physical contact or verbal contact?

I would imagine it's the first person to speak to Siavash or the first person HE speaks to?

Can't see it being physical contact.
