A hermaphrodite is not a man.

A hermaphrodite has both male and female genitalia - depending on upbringing, appearance, sexuality and various other factors some choose to identify as male and some choose to identify as female.

IF Lady Gaga is a hermaphrodite (see here (http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/2009/08/is-lady-gaga-really-a-hermaphrodite/)) then she is clearly one who identifies as female and is therefore a woman.

It isn't up to you to decide that she is a he just because you say so.
