I agree, I'm not a huge fan of Sophie but that was just wrong letting Kris give her a message.

A few weeks ago he was saying in the papers that he was going to dump her, and now she's close to winning he's suddenly changed his mind.

Someone needs to chuck a copy of those old newspapers over the BB wall so Sophie can see them!

All he sees are £ signs. Unlike previous years there has not been nearly as much in magazines/papers of interviews/photoshoots, so he probably hasn't made as much money as he'd hoped. He now needs her to believe he cares in the hope of making money as "a couple" then when that dries up he'll drop her.
