Why was Marcus comforting Bea

He comforted her because it was a nice thing to do. However, it doesn't mean that he doesn't see through all of her sh*te. In fact, he tells her to her face that he doesn't fall for her antics. So why would it be two faced to say it or laugh about it behind her back too?

you reading too much into it, marcus comforted bea as he felt it was the right thing to do, he then laughed due to rodrigo who started laughing, they were messing about, i don't think marcus is a hypocrite for such a small incident

I'm not sure why you must nitpick everything so much. I seem to be a particular target. Please feel free to put me on ignore if I am never detailed enough for you.

But to answer your pedantic reply. I'm sorry I did not dictate every possible scenario in my simple example of how I do not think Marcus is deceiving. Yes, someone smiling at your face and then stab you in the back, that would be deceiving... obviously. However, my point was that Marcus was not stabbing her in the back. He comforted her because she was upset. However, he also laughed at her for being upset for the same reasons he has repeated told her to her face. Just because he was comforting her being upset didn't mean that he condoned the behavior by her that repeatedly causes the upset.
