She went with them because they had the numbers to get freddie nommed and she knew Lisa hated Freddie.
She always disliked and voted for Dave since the kitchen incident (or before) so she figured she could hide the fact that she was still nomming him and playing nicey nicey to his face.
They were never her friends she just wanted to make them her allies until she could dump them for the next best thing. Except now no one else really wants to seem too close to her because anyone she is close with seems to become her next target. Too bad for her, she lacks subtlety.
