True, the phoney excuses for not nominating are a joke. Get them out full stop.

Couldn't have said it better, they need to make an example out of someone so other people like Sophie don't start following.

Yeah totally agree. Tell Siavash "you don't nominate within 3 mins, you will be immediately ejected from the house, via the door to your right" no good byes, no interview, nothing, just get out and go home, you're a time waster. He would have done it. Once not doing it is bad enough, but twice, plus the episode with Marcus and Freddie, that's 3 rule breaks! They know what is expected of them before they enter the house. Siavash has p*ssed me right off. Get him out for this!

Um, if they did that Freddie, Marcus and Siavash would have been out weeks ago.

Glad you guys aren't running the show.

BB could lose half its audience if they get rid of Siavash and Sophie. Siavash may aswell be holding BB at gunpoint.

The point is neither would have gone. Both would have nominated no questions asked, faced with an immediate ejections, no goodbyes no interview, nothing. Sorry but you have to admit, Siavash is really annoying for doing this.

This is different. Nominations is one of the biggest parts of Big Brother. They all know they have to do it before they go in. This is the second time Siavash has refused. He is getting away with whatever he likes. That punishment changed nothing, all three would have been up regardless. Anyway, like i said in the other post, no way would he not nominate faced with immediate ejection, straight out the door the end. BB must play hardball, they are in charge not the housemates!

I wouldn't be so sure. Siavash wouldn't put his relationship with the other housemates in jeopardy if he wasn't serious about this.

I think they would have nominated. BB afraid to call their bluff. More impact if the first person they spoke to was up for nomination.

Don't be fooled by this, "i'm not a game player act" he so is, trying to make out to the audience that he wants to be up, he knows full well big bro won't punish him by putting him up, they didn't last time they won't now. He'd nominate alright, faced with immediate ejection, and then tell the others how he was forced, and pretend to be really gutted about it for ages, and enjoy them all saying "don't worry, we all have to do it"

Get Siavash out!

I love the way that they're getting away with nearly anything they like. The biggest victory isn't even being allowed not to nominate it's that they managed to get Big Brother to let them talk about nominations. Unprecedented.

The thing is that there's no way Big Brother can kick anybody out at this stage let alone 2 people. They want 6 people in the final week. All they can really do is put everybody up or take the food away and give them gruel.

The housemates can do what they like. If only all of them would realise it. But Charlie Lisa David Bea and Rodrigo are terrified of being up for eviction. And Lisa David and Rodrigo have such subservient natures that people not acquiescing to authority upsets them in and of itself.

its pathetic

its ruining the show

fact is they are running riot this year
next year if they go ahead with it housemates will do the same
Siavash not nominating so all is ok

cannot understand why the say if you will not nominate then you forfeit the game so please exit via thhe door on your left!

That would would be priceless viewing

Well that's debatable. He's not up for eviction and Bea and David are. He probably would have voted for them if he had the guts. I'd call that a result

I agree, Siavash has always been my favourite but this refusing to nominate thing is now very boring.

Then to come out of the diary room and say that it's "His right to decide who is up for nomination" was pathetic.

If he refuses to nom next week they should open the diary room door and take him straight out there and then.

And that's true, but the only reason other people will start to do it is because Siavash keeps doing it and proving that there are no consequences.

Agree wholeheartedly - Marcus refused to vote because he thinks it will win him brownie points with the HM - sorry he is a total tw*t

I think people are making this more complicated than it needs to be. The very first time someone said they were not going to nominate they should have been told that they would have to return to the Diary Room in 30 minutes with their bag packed and if they refused to nominate at that time they would be immediately ejected from the House and have to exit through the door on their right.

Nominations would have proceeded smoothly from that point on without anyone actually being ejected.

I should point out that it was Sophie who started this in week eight when she refused to give a second nomination. Siavash's first offence in this regard was not until two weeks later.
