Right I am to be a fan of my boys because

They're amazing,genuinely nice,down-to-earth,genourous,kind and funny people. I've never heard a bad word about them.You can tell they're all friends and they get along which makes them even more likeable. They are lovely to their fans. They are not arrogant,they are always grateful and forever thanking us for their succeus. They're not cocky,I'm not sure they even know how much we adore them.

They make incredible music,they write all their own music,they can all sing and play instruments,3 of them can dance. They put on incredible live shows,they put their all into every night. I have not ever read a bad tour review,fan or professional.

They have amazing record sales and they get crictical acclaim. They've broken so many records and won so many awards. All the 7 Brits they've won have been public voted which shows how loved they are. They have been successful twice over and have the biggest comeback of all time.

They make a lot of people happy. Also their fans are lovely(:P),I have met so many nice people at their concerts.

Daft Punk: I've been listening to them since I was a young boy, they're just phenomenal, they're my idols. They made a revolution in the music industry and a lot of artists should be glad they've been here for introducing such songs and sounds. They have influenced the music we listen today big time. I also admire them for remaining unknown from the public eye. No one knows their real face (except their staff but they're under contract of not revealing who they are). They don't need to expose their vagina everywhere to be huge stars. And they're French.

Coldplay: I just love what they deliver EVERYTIME they release an album. They have made huge hits and they are very talented.

Lady Gaga: I'm not a big fan of Pop music but this girl made me listen and appreciate what she is delivering. I love everything she represents, she is the anti-Britney Spears/Lindsay Lohan/Miley Cyrus/all the blonde bimbos with 0 talent. She doesn't give a fµck about anything, she doesn't take herself seriously and I also like her fashion sense. She rocks.

Basement Jaxx: They can never do wrong in my eyes, everything they did, do and will do is purely amazing. They deserve to be known on an international level and to be more recongised for their work.

Boys Noize:They're HUGE in the Electronic music industry. They blow me away, such amazing DJ's. German DJ's are pretty much always awesome.

Justice:Last but not least, these 2 French are phenomenal. They started from nothing and got discovered thanks to MySpace and have now conquered the world with their unique looks and outstanding songs. They know how to make the crowd feeling like crazy and hysteria.

I'm proud to be a fan of All Time Low, because they seem funny and sweet in interviews and they're not your average boy band. ;) They're not mainstream in the UK but still care about us<33

Im very proud to be a Leona Lewis fan because I believe shes the classiest woman in the pop industry,shes such a nice person and also because shes a huge supporter of animal rights.

Im very proud to be a Lady GaGa fan because she so so talanted and I love the fact that shes a bit of an attention seeking *****:bigsmile:

I dont really have a favourite artist...
But yeterday i was with a lot of 16 year olds, some of the boys were really into grime and rap whatever..
none of them complained about the saturdays nor did any of the girls infact the girls wanted it turned up.

Edit: After writing this ^ i realised it has nothing to do with what you asked..

Am not really proud but it just doesnt bother me what others think of the people i like to be honest.

she's only ever said nice things about Britney and has been very flattering of Paris Hilton.

and Miley Cyrus is hardly a talentless bitch, manufactured, yes but she isn't talentless, she writes most of her music and has a better voice than a lot of people out there.

I'm very proud to be a fan of Britney Spears because she is undoubtedly one of the greatest pop stars of our time. Whether you agree or not with the things she does, wears, says or sings, you cannot deny that she set the bar for everything that is pop this decade. Her videos/songs/dancing are each iconic in their own ways and for that she's one of the best selling female artists of the decade.

But I don't care about all of that. I love her because she went through something so terrible so publicly and she managed to come out of it and rebuild her life and the love around her. That is, to me anyway, such an amazing and inspiring story and is proof that when you're at the lowest point of your life, you can still come out of it stronger. I become a full-blown fan during that horrible era and I remember my dream for such a long time was to see her in concert because she's my idol and I never ever thought that day would happen. When I was in that arena waiting for her come on I truly realised how far she'd come from the days of 2007. I can't describe how proud I felt of her, despite not personally knowing her. But after following her every day for so long I strangely feel like I do.

She's genuinely one of the most down-to-earth celebrities out there. She's a full out Country girl, despite living in LA and is largely underrated in her talents. She does write songs (whether or not they appear on her albums), she plays the piano and is very artistic. Her music inspires me and I can't imagine not loving Britney Spears because she makes very very happy. For that reason I don't care when people say otherwise or try to put her down. If you don't like her, fair enough. In my opinion, it's your loss.

I am proud to be a Jason Mraz fan because in our current world of **** plopping out for music, he's an obvious star. His musics creative, diverse and he's very talented.

I'm a proud McFly fan because:

- They write all their music themselves
- They play their own music live, non of this miming rubbish
- When they record their music, they play the instruments together, and then it's all recorded at once. Non of it is computer generated.
- They are genuine lads, down to earth guys.
- They play amazing live, and really interact with their audience.
- They care for every single fan, and take nothing for granted.
- They never moan about having to do loads of interviews/photoshoots/etc, they just get on with it and enjoy it.
- I love how different they are to each other, but when they come together they create awesomeness!
- They don't let the fame go straight to their heads... they live perfectly normal lives, except they're in one of the biggest bands in the UK :3

I am proud to be a fan of Kelly Clarkson... because she is probably the only artist out there in the pop charts, that sounds better live than when recorded. I love the way she mixes up song on tour and she always gives it 100%. Even though I prefer her more personal songs she always makes sure that even her pop songs have got soul in, and Kelly live is probably one of the most under rated things lately. She has so much soul when she sings and no one seems to realise that, when she is live your heart breaks when she sings.
I went to go watch her once, and I just stood there staring with goosebumps down my arms. She managed to make about 5,000 people completely forget they were at a concert and they just stood there taking in the words she was telling.

Also she is the most kind hearted person in the world. She isnt obsessed with fame, she isn't obsessed with fashion or trying to look good, its all about the music with her. She is cute and naturally funny. She is fantastic role model for young women, Kelly is one of the very rare normal sized pop stars, she gets called fat which is shocking... as she is completely normal size, if you met her you would not think she was fat. She is the realest pop star I can think of.

I also am proud to be a fan of Cobra Starship. This is because they're so unique and fresh and stand out from the other convential bands that are around at the moment. They're not afraid to express themselves through their music and I have to say, they're pretty damn fierce<3

I'm proud to be a fan of Delta Goodrem because she's amazing and is a genuinely lovley, kind-hearted lady.

She is so incredibly talented.. she's a fantastic singer, she writes her own songs, composes the music for her songs and plays the piano and guitar. She doesn't mime during performances and is incredible live, she always gives her all.

She's massive in her native country of Australia and has 3 number one albums and 8 number one singles there. She's racked up loads of awards for her music and for just being the person she is. She was successful in the UK until she got involved with Brian McFadden, so I just wish that one day she'll come back here and release so she can shine again.

She's always been so grateful towards her fans and always makes the effort and time to show her gratitude towards her fans.

She's strong, inspirational and is a role model for young people and to those who are or have gone through cancer, as she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma at the age of 18, fought it and has now been in remission for 6 years. She's also done loads of charity work, has her own charity and is currently the patron of a cancer centre that's going to be built in Australia.

Never saw this thread. Might as well post my views in it.

I am proud to be a Madonna fan because she has a amazing personality and always gives it her best when ever she preforms. She is the Material Girl who looks good in what ever she does and what ever the press say about her she doesn't listen and gets better every time. Some say she needs to retire but I think she gets better with age and at every re-invention she gets better and better. Long live The Queen Of Pop!
