Technically Lisa is cheating the system. It states that you must be available and actively seeking work. On Lisa's VT she said that she had no intention of getting work, therefore she is in breach of her job seekers agreement.

There is no one in there without glaringly obvious flaws, but maybe thats' because they are more human this year. There is no PERFECT POLLYANNA or CUDDLY CUTE CLOWN type.

Apart from Siavash dumping his GF for Noirin, I DO think that he is a genuine, lovely guy. He should proably win by default, even though I think that Marcus is the most original BB housemate ever and deserves the overall win for being entertaining and outspoken with Big Bro!
