t.A.T.u are a pair of attention seeking *****s, oops I mean a pop duo originating from Moscow, Russia consisting of Lena Katina and Julia Volkova.

They are easily one of the most controversial music acts of all time. Sending the world into uproar on several occasions and their video's being accused of being child pornography due to the girls kissing at 14 years old. It made international news and is now a legendary music video. In 2003, it was confirmed the girls are not lesbians and only had a lesbian image to cause controversy.

They are known for their hits 'All The Things She Said', 'Not Gonna Get Us', 'Dangerous & Moving' and 'All About Us' in their native Russia aswell as worlwide.

They represented Russia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 and were threatned with disqualification by Eurovision bosses due to them not agreeing to a family friendly performance. They placed third, the highest ever place for Russia at that point.

We are now eagerly anticipating their third English studio albums 'Happy Smiles' which is due to be released in the autumn.

They are a guilty pleasure for everyone.
