Are we being unfair?

Let's consider what the daily life of most of the housemates was before entering the house.
MP3s and i-pods - music from morning to night;
a regular supply of gossip magazines;
a group of friends to pub or club with;
radio and TV on tap;
computer games;
the internet sites like bebo or facebook.
All of this has been removed from them and most are of low intellect so self entertainment, especially without stimulants, is difficult.
Most posts here are critical, and although they are all volunteers, perhaps we should be a little more tolerant.

i find it difficult too, the deprevation is kinda degrading, they could at least have timed libraries or something. but i think the push is that they do choose to do it.

its how you distinguish the crazy people that watch this show lol and the ones that realise its a prismatic version of the people in the house, they aren't even refered to as 'people' but characters!
i think the people that take the stresses in accordance mainly manage not to get too swept away in the drama.

Yeah the level of hate is quite disturbing at times...but they do know that can happen, they have watched previous BBs...and as for Bea, she has to know she will be hated for her actions...if not, she has a screw loose somewhere.

yes we do criticise them unfairly a lot of times...and we go on to "hate" them, which im tired of doing.

but i guess they choosed to do this as challenge for themselves.

Yes, JTM, even disgust in those circumstances is acceptable but often it is vitriolic hatred for the most trivial of reasons.

Imo if they cant take the criticism with a pinch of salt then they should'nt go in the house in the first place. They have seen previous shows and they know what its like and they can leave voluntary at any time they want to, no -one is holding them against thier will

Years ago I spent £s voting out nicola (skinhead )bb 1 or 2 ,not sure ,on the Monday I took my 2 daughters to London and we sw her on Covent garden tube station ,I aksed her to have a photo with my girls she was very nice ,she asked me if i had liked her in the show ,i lied and said i had loved her !! it IS all pantomine ,They only hm8s i would have a go at in real life are Nikki,Makowsi,Fat Carole or Noirin

When BB6 was on, I couldnt stand Makosi but now I dont mind her. I LOATHED her ..she got my back up more than Noirin ever did and thats saying something ,her main fault was breathing :devil::devil::wink:
