Please help me out with the abbreviations/text talk

I don't use text talk but have worked out some of the more obvious abbreviations (lol, lmao, wtf etc) but could you please help me out with ANY others.

I have worked out that OP means the person who starts a new thread but what does it stand for? I have also recently read btw and can't work that out either. Any help greatfully recieved!
