As far as I am concerned - it is not about his accent - it is about the rate of knots at which he speaks and the nonsense he speaks - I'm sure most people from Charlie's part of the country don't talk the way he does!

No I haven't - but once Charlie starts noone can get a word in edgeways - and he just shouts over people! How can someone like that be a good customer advisor!

I talk really fast naturally when I'm with friends or people I know, but on the phone with people I don't know or at work with customers I always talk slower.
