I think they should all be up too because unless all the housemates nominate it will be unfair, and I doubt if Siavash will nominate again.

In a word NO! They should go through the normal nomination process and punish anyone who fails to nominate by making them face the public vote, together with the housemates that receive the highest amount of nominations. Only Marcus supporters would disagree with that because he would be in serious danger of eviction, especially if he was up against Siavash and Sophie.
