CHANELLE HAYES is getting back in the swim after her pills and booze breakdown earlier this month.
The former Big Brother babe went right off the deep end following a row with her *footballer boyfriend.
And she ended up checking into the famous Priory Clinic to get her life back on track.
Now the brave beauty is feeling – and looking – on top of the world.
She is determined to return to modelling and vowed: “I’m going to bounce back bigger and better.
“I don’t want to go back to the dark place I was in before.”
But first on the schedule for Chanelle, 21, is a sunshine trip with her bosom buddy, Celebrity Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton.
Chantelle, who was 26 on Friday, was straight on the phone after hearing of Chanelle’s problems following her bust-up with Middlesbrough player Matt Bates.
She told her: “We need some girl time. Let’s get away and have a holiday together.”
So the luscious pair are currently busy packing their bikinis for a knees-up in Spain.
And Chanelle, from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, said: “I’ve got some wonderful friends and they’ve all been brilliant.”
