I was just gonna' say how implaussible this sounded but then i do remember Sophie saying she had a nomination thanks to Charlie and Charlie apologised to her and said he didn't know what else to do.

If Charlie only refused one nomination then that would be refusing to nominate thus nominating himself as well as Sophie....

Charlie said he only has one nomination against him.....

It appears Siavash by default nominated Charlie and Sophie so Charlie would have at least two votes not the one he believes to have....

All in all the story does not make sense......

However if Charlie refused to nominate BB could look upon it as Charlie was influenced by Siavash and as such his nominations(or lack of them) are invalid.
