Marcus has not been Siavashs Friend since the Noirin thing, and nor would anyone who had a person considered a friend do the same in the outside.

Can't stand the gormless, bitter idiot! Siavash or no Siavash - Marcus was never going to get a piece of Noirin! He can kid himself all he likes that it was all Siavash's fault - but it wasn't! Noirin simply wasn't into controlling, manipulative, dirty old men!
