Thats because charlie has had his eye on the prize from the start his mind has rarely wandered. The only time he has forgotten about it momentarily is when he showed his true colours during arguements...

He isn't thick, and I'm sorry but I think David is one of the HMS that do not give a **** about winning, hes been genuinley happy to be in there from the start, Charlie is the one who is gutted, I think Lisa was aswell.
I think it was more shock that being gutted, it would come to a shock to anyone pretty much.

Davids the only new HM left, and hes doing pretty well, all the HMs thinking he was up for eviction when he only got, was it 1 nom or something?

I agree, but David likes to see people as nice, so he didnt realise how horrible Bea actually was, but towards the end everyone realised how awful she really was!

I dont think David quite knew who had or hadnt nominated him, as Charlie also shouted "how did you even know david would be up" Marcus got the most nominations anyway, soo

What do you mean 'that shows the real story' or 'their real feelings' when I would say that definitely is one of the understandings they have and ought to have been surprised and disappointed or at least confused.

What I thought 'showed the true ugly side' was Marcus, who has recently started accepting he cant win and might be gone - immediately cackles AT everyone else in the room with a rich squealing taunting laugh.

The highlight of Davids season was going to be going into a hysterical clapping and honking fit over whichever person won. Possibly crushing them to death in hugs.
David showed GOOD emotions being upset, surprised, confused, bothered, laughing, upset again. He is human.

Marcus is who I'd be concerned about.

Later, Marcus found a way to avoid responsibility but worse to convince himself and BB that everyone else in the room was flawed, shltty and weak except him.
