There was no joking about it. Marcus didn't want to get involved in a confrontation with Siavash over the nominations schemes and left that for others choosing instead to masturbate in the toilet,
however,
Later, when Siavash wasn't around, Marcus wrapped in a duvet tells a complaining Charlie about Siavashs schemes:
"I know.. I've been saying this for weeks..nobody ever LisTENS"
Charlie figures Siavash just didn't want to be up against Marcus and David but Marcus scoffs a correction:
"He doesn't want to go up against ME (incredulous tone) cuz if he does... he knows he will be out on his arse!"

Meanwhile back in the house Sophie suggests to Siavash it might be Marcus who wins.
Siavash stops to emphasize "You know.. I would LIKE Marcus to win!"

I can't read each and every topic and post but I did not see this mentioned and its really something worth looking at.

What was especially interesting is that he only needed Charlie to slightly stroke his ego before blurting it out.
