View Full Version : Davids Calling
What David expects to get out of BB - trotting around thorpe park or chesington in a ridiculous outfit waving to the kiddies - sorry but I have to switch off that man just irritates me i'm sure he's not all there - and loved his pained expression when told the money had gone then the false laugh

 i can totally get your irritation with him ...i wouldn't want him visiting at Xmas..
but I am finding his totally uncritical enthusiasm of all things BB endearing ..he just gets on wiv it
it does make a contrast to Siavash's tortured pains at nominations and his need to second-guess BB

Me too, Mizzy. He's very childlike. I love how he gives his nominations, without taking a breath and talking like he's being questioned by the authorities, or that someone has a gun to his head. lol
It's a shame, I'm sure he would've been a much better housemate if he hadn't've been smothered by Lisa.

Except this 'childlike' guy has already demonstrated his ruthless side in his quest for money when he 'stole on Goldenballs. He's very good at being convincing that he's a nice person, but to con someone out of money, means he's obviously not.

It's a fair point, to be sure, but I think you misunderstand me. When I say 'childlike' I don't exactly mean that he's a nice person. Think of what a *child* can be like... greedy, jealous, selfish, immature, needy, clingy, vulnerable. Now, I'm not saying all children are like this generally, but these are childish qualities - not really nice ones, but childish nontheless. And it is slightly endearing to see such a big man act so unashamedly simple lol.

His thickness has no boundaries, the more i watch him, the more i get transfixed with the levels of dumbness that can exist in 1 person. Its amazing.

And I like to consider myself a nice person, but I think I would probably steal also on there :blush2:
