There's nothing to agree or disagree on. So he's suddenly taken to philanthropy and become a selfless humanitarian the night before evictions? Come on guys.

I have liked Siavash since very early on in the show but I have to say, I am a little sceptical. It is possible he is being sincere, of course, but the timing is a little suspicious. Still, perhaps we will find out for sure.

I am not sure he is actually lying. But at the same time I doubt he will actually give the money away if he wins. My gut feeling would be that it was a dubiously timed remark which he will rethink if he survives the vote today.

It is the timing of it that bothers me the most, to be honest.

I think that's pretty spot on....

it was probably a spontaneous "rebel yell" that he felt true to at the time ...........

You cannot call him a liar as we do not know,so why PRESUME people are lying? The only time you can call him a liar is if he wins and doesn't give to charity.

Lack of proof doesn't mean absence of proof. He has betrayed people before without thinking through the consequence, not just on one occasion.
"the guy simply doesn't think." This is simply another of desperate Saivash's schemes to stay in… what a despicable person.

funny how he happens to mention giving money to charity the first week up for eviction - he wanted david to be up as well because he thought that way david would go and he stupidly would have told himself - wow the public want me here in the final - its all bollox - running scared now because it is him and marcus the incredible dark horse - siavash is boring as hell and marcus is spot on about him

Indeed. I think the right attitude to this kind of claim is to treat it with a healthy scepticism informed by a sincere and thoughtful assessment of their character and significant external factors such as timing.

I like Siavash but I am rather dubious about all this.

Nigeria_Bob

I bet Saivash is upset as he was most probably saving his charity ploy for the finals.
But against Marcus he had no choice but to use it… 'his weapon of mass destruction.'

BB leaked this story when they could have birdsonged the conversation.

Keep this one a way from a job in the justice system. Clealy doesn't have a clue how "proof" works. hehe

With this same foolish "logic" of yours you could argue there are spaceman but just because we haven't seen any doesn't mean they don't exist.

i think not..!!!

latest news from the web site.

Big Brother is literally trying to give money away at the moment, but the stubborn housemates are having none of it.

After Marcus's refusal to shave off his ponytail (sorry, his Tennessee Waterfall) for 15,000 big ones, the housemates proceeded to knock back another of Big Brother's attempts to give them cash.

Big Brother's latest offer was £1500 – if the housemates swam 1500 lengths of the pool. But the housemates turned it down, saying they're not interested in money but would have done the Task for a party or a takeaway. £1500 would buy you a lot of takeaways, housemates.

But 10 minutes later, Rodrigo and Charlie started trying to persuade Lisa and David to give the swimming challenge a go – to no avail. Do the housemates really not care about the money, or are they just lazy? You decide...

Later, Sophie talked to Marcus and Siavash about her talents, which apparently include her superior knowledge of celebrities. Marcus and Siavash then gave her a little quiz, but sadly Sophie fell at the first hurdle when they asked her about Barack Obama - she didn't know who he was and couldn't pronounce his name. Don't worry Sophie, he's not that big a deal really...

Siavash told the group he doesn't care if he gets evicted tonight because he'd still have the £10,000 from his Task. Er, no Siavash, that money actually goes to the winner. Oops. He went on to tell everyone that they were welcome to the £20 Big Brother had added to the prize fund, but that he would be taking his own 10 grand home. We'll see.

Later on housemates played the Big Brother classic: Truth or Dare. There was lots of man-on-man kissing, including Rodrigo and Charlie, David and Siavash, and Marcus and David. Romantic. Siavash also had to brush his teeth with chillies as part of the game. Lisa watched from the sidelines but didn't take part in any of it – we don't blame her.

At 23:24 the tipsy housemates attempted to repeat their stunt of escaping into the camera runs, but this time Security stopped them at the Garden door and sent them straight back in. Housemates, you might trick Big Brother once, but he won't let you trick him twice.

In the early hours, Lisa and David headed to the Diary Room to ask if they could swap a token for some hot water. They were feeling a little resentful of the prize money being taken away, and told Big Brother it's not fair that they're being punished for something they weren't involved with. Of course, they're not interested in the money. It's just the principle they care about. Yeah right...

According to another thread on here, apparently he said that if he was evicted he would be happy to take the 10,000 pounds home that he won! No mention of giving it to charity or anything but don't quite know why he said that when the money is going in the prize fund pot anyway.

Siavash wants to stay in the house and wants to win and he is in a bad position for it at the moment.
What is better to be evicted without any prize or be the winner and being a hero giving the money to charity?
Is that the prize he would like to pay to win?
I don't doubt he will give part of the money to charity, how much will it give? I don't know... but obviously this is marketing.... I hope his good intentions will keep growing...

I have no doubt that Siavash will be giving his money to charity...when he continues to buy his clothes from Oxfam and Sue Ryder.
