They all up because they have put the people who didn't nominate up automatically.

They've also added the people that Lisa, David and Rodrigo nominated, which must have been Lisa and David (by Rodrigo) and Rodrigo by one of the other two (I'd go with Lisa on that one). So they all ended up with 1 nomination each and are up as well!
