What makes someone pick a person they are p\ssed off with and then do that?
Then try to explain that it was for a bit of fun.
A bit innapropriate to "have fun" with someone who is getting on your nerves.
It's classic bullying.
Yeah I know it's Lisa but it could have been anyone, and it has been in the past. Get this horrible moron off my telly!!!

My nephew was bullied badly at school while some other kids watched - and laughed.

He knew Lisa was volatile that day. It's his way of getting revenge and making Lisa bark at him and look worse.

Sorry but I thought it was hilarious and I'm no Charlie fan,but anything to piss that old nag off is ok by me,she deserves some of the treatment she is so happy to dish out, anyone remember when Charlie kept Freddie awake and the old nag thought THAT was funny, and when her ears were straining listening to Bea humiliate Freddie,so give her a taste of her own medicine!

Lisa can hardly cry about being bullied, she has been awful for doing the same thing herself.
It wasnt bullying, just charlie being a prize pillock, as usual.
If he had done it to anyone else, she would of found it hilarious. She just doesnt want 'jokes' played on her.

Didn't Charlie do it to scare Rodrigo anyway?
I thought that was his intent?

She is the bully of all bullies, and it's strange that if you confront a bully they don't know how to react, the cracks were showing with Polyp.
What world does she think she lives in that would actually make her think that she is liked and respected in the outside world???

Exactly. Sure he did the same kinda things to Freddie and Angel when they were isolated in the house. Terrible stuff.

And Lisa found nothing wrong with what he did back then did she?
She can dish it out but not take it.
Worst kind of bully.

The difference being: this is a bully being bullied. What goes around...

So bullying is ok then is it?
As long as you do it to someone who is a bully themselves?
Is that what people think?

The OP wasn't trying to draw any comparison or to suggest that Lisa is without fault here; he's just being objective and illustrating that Charlie's actions are that of a bully on occassion.
There's no need for you to justify his actions by condemning Lisa's behaviour.

The old hag never got involved when the cheeky chappy...not! Spat water in Bea's face!

Lisa deserved it...she has been a bully from day 1.Look how Rodrigo felt he had to explain and justify his comments about her when he nominated her... he looked terrified.
She has had this demeanor throughout the whole series... like she was in charge...sitting at her little post listening and commenting on everyones conversation. She sat at that bus stop like it was her throne... tonight was like a mutiny and I loved every minute.
