He was the first to be called and was clearly shocked. However he's not had any trouble finding reasons before and had lots to say too.

I think, after what had already happened, he was afraid it would be shown on the plasma screen. That's why he didn't vote IMO

yeah, maybe he was acting up a bit and pretending to not have any reasons but I didnt really think it was that noticeable at the time, so I didn't think about it.
