LOL @ Sophie trying to do Noirin's Irish accent. It sounded like a mixture of Scottish/Geordie/Scouser.

Brilliant.

I am Irish and any Irish person tuning in with no idea about Big Brother and who Sophie was meant to be acting as would think that she was trying to be anything but Irish.

You think that was Noirin's Dublin accent?

Sounded more Northern Irish if anything, didn't sound anything accent-related Republic of Ireland wise.

The americans have a romantisised view of the Irish accent. Sure tis ok for the movies to be sure to be sure.

No it was very accurate. In fact had I not been looking at the tv I would have thought Noirin had re-entered. It was borderline un-canny.

It was so hilariously bad. Her in the DR was classic especially when she said "My Irish accent is going Big Bruther!" because she knew her accent was bad.

But the personality was spot on.

Thank God it was bad and we could have a laugh at her accent/s otherwise tonights show would have been a total waste of time and more rubbish than it managed to achieve.

Why do they suck so much at it? It's not like it's a country on the opposite side of the equator...all the british-isle accents are interlinked and they hear it all the time. No prizes for impersonation or acting, sophie and Lisaa!
Sophie sounded like a drunk swedish girl that had just spent a couple years living in Northern Ireland.

The whole time I was wondering if Noirin would have been watching- fuming- at sophie's impersonation of her. Noirin prob wants to get into a scrap with her...knowing what she's like
