kisy, it's kinda almost completely legal in edina and has been for many a year. we have 'saunas' here with big car parks like cinemas and it's a standing joke that many a big shot council worker and polis man has been caught in said establishments. It's part of the culture and etc...however; yes maybe thats not a good thing, maybe a very bad thing, but its here in edinburgh for better or worse
