Go to the 'contact us' page, write down the address, and post the picture you want to TIBB.

but i want to know how to put a pic in the little box when i write like a piture of myself ? like how nessy has a pic of him up

Upload one as instructed above.
Go to "control panel" (top right hand corner)
"edit profile"
Then enter your avatar url and update.
