I was watching that big fight from a previous BB. And Emma was just smoking away in the bedsit. Have they smoked in the house before or it always been outside?

When the no smoking in public places law came in (about 3 yrs ago). It is not allowed to let anyone smoke in an enclosed public area. If BB allowed smoking in the house then they could be prosecuted.

Yeh its because it is technically a film set and therefore a work place. And it is illegal to smoke in the work place.
