i wouldnt say the forum was strict at all -- considering i provided cast-iron proof that a member was trolling with fake accounts (the fake account saying he was leaving, going offline then the member in question coming online five seconds later :laugh2: -- which has occured multiple times) and the moderators/admins have done nothing about it

Even using a proxy would show the IP address. If that doesn't change then it is the same person 99.9% of the time.
