Does anyone agree with Ferguson's comments? Personally, I think their time is pretty much over. I don't think they're relegation contenders, or even mid-table bound. I hope the rest of the league all think like that, cos thats exactly what Fergie will want.

Anyway, Liverpool are no threat cos they can't consistently play to the levels they achieved in Europe, Arsenal will really miss Viera a lot, and Chelsea (please god please) will not be able to repeat last seasons unprecedented success. Keepign the title is harder than getting it in the first place.

I can't wait till the season starts...

I dont think United are rubbish, they have some quality players.

At the moment we (Chelsea) are just far too good for them.

That was last season, with unprecedented injuries and the zonal marking disasters. Man for man, best available eleven on the pitch, and I think Liverpool are superior in pretty much all areas to man'ure now. Keane is at best half the player he was a few years ago, and only Gary Neville, O'Shea, Ronaldo and the diving horse are any real threat. The rest are merely skittles. And as you say, Arsenal are really going to miss Vierra. They may lose Campbell and Pires yet, too. Arsenal have quality in depth in their squad which we can't match at the moment, but I don't think their best eleven is any better than ours, either.

We're 2 - 1 up at half-time, anyway - and Jamie Carragher scored! :dance:
